Data Storage & Retention

Your uploaded photos and check results are stored on our servers and retained for as long as your account is active or until you delete them. We may use uploaded photos and check results, including in anonymized or aggregated form, to improve our authentication technology and the quality of our service. You can delete any individual check, or your entire account, at any time. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

AI Processing

Photos you submit are processed by Claude AI (by Anthropic) for authenticity analysis. Photos are sent securely and are not used to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Wayforpay — for payment processing
Anthropic (Claude AI) — for photo analysis

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. You can also request data export by contacting us.
