These Terms of Service govern your use of BrandCheck (brandchecker.site), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kyrylo Udrugov (Tax ID: 3187512312), registered at S. Paliya 5/45, Fastiv, Kyiv Region, Ukraine (hereinafter "Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
BrandCheck is an AI-powered tool that analyzes photos of luxury brand items to assess their authenticity. Our service provides informational assessments only and does not guarantee the authenticity of any item.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each new account receives 3 free authentication checks.
Checks are purchased in advance via Wayforpay payment system. All payments are in USD. Purchased checks do not expire. We do not offer refunds for used checks. For unused checks, contact support within 14 days of purchase at support@brandchecker.site.
BrandCheck provides AI-based assessments that are informational in nature. We do not guarantee the accuracy of our results. For high-value purchases, we strongly recommend professional authentication by a certified specialist. BrandCheck is not liable for any decisions made based on our assessments.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By submitting photos, you grant us a license to process and store them to provide authentication results and to improve our authentication technology. Your photos stay in your history with no automatic expiry, and you can delete them at any time.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
